We had an extra day off on Friday leading up to the Thanksgiving long weekend. So, I used this opportunity to visit a site that was on my radar ever since arriving here, but was not able to until I have a vehicle: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , a living history museum showcasing rural life in 1866 Canada. It is near Morrisburg and thus ~130km away. Here are some of my pictures.

At the same location is the battlefield site of the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , so I have a few pictures there as well.

Very cool! We have a similar place here in Nova Scotia called Sherbrooke Village set up to be roughly 1866-1867 or so ....I haven’t been there in years though, but it’s a very cool place! Upp er Canada Village looks awesome as well!
